Aric has been involved in the ownership and brokerage of real estate for over 30 years and brings an extensive knowledge of real estate and construction. As a Senior Commercial Sales & Leasing Specialist, his involvement with CapStar Commercial Real Estate includes commercial sales and leasing, property management, and tenant improvements.

 

Over the years Aric has built dozens of custom homes throughout the Metro Washington area, and been involved in the development of both residential and commercial projects throughout several counties in the surrounding areas. He also served as the President of Classic Home Builders in the early 1980's through late 1990's where he purchased both distressed and historic properties for renovation. His expertise in historic preservation awarded Aric the Historic Restoration of the Year Award for the "Sycamore Acres" project in Montgomery County, Maryland.

 

Born and raised in Maryland, Aric earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland and resides with his wife in Olney, Maryland. He is an avid tennis player, has been a Big Brother for 20 years, and enjoys spending his free time in Southwest Florida with friends and family.
